After many years in the IT industry, working as PMP® & CSM® certified IT Project Managers in the GTA, we have decided to alter direction. Now, we want to bring our project management skills directly to your business. During Stephens tenure with PartSource between 2003-2005 heproactively immersed himself not only in supporting the stores infrastructure and systems but managed some major projects to help drive the business and also maintain systems availability for our stores. Some of the significant work efforts Stephen directly managed and overseen was the delivery of all IT systems (hardware/software) for seven brand new PartSource stores, project managed the replacements and upgrading of three production POS servers including full data migration, and stabilization efforts of a former payment processing (credit & debit) infrastructure. Each of these initiatives Stephen was involved with were completed exceptionally well.
